Tusiime Doreen was Principal Human Resource Officer, Rubirizi District Causing Financial Loss Embezzlement Conviction. Through plea bargain, the accused pleaded guilty to charges of Causing Financial Loss on counts I and II. She was sentenced to a total fine of UGX 2,000,000 or 1-year imprisonment on each count. She was ordered to refund of UGX 19,8640,000 to the IG Asset Recovery Account within six months from the date of the agreement She was further ordered not to hold public office for 10 years.
