This Application is challenging the intended prosecution of the applicant by the Inspectorate of Government and seeking court to declare the intended prosecution unconstitutional. The same was argued by both parties on the 15th April, 2010 before the Hon Judge of the High Court and the ruling was reserved to be delivered on the 30th April, 2010.
