Acquittal

In the months of January and February, the Inspectrorate of Government suffered one acquittal. In the case of UGANDA VS YEDIDA BIRIBONWA SENTONGO, the Accused was acquited of charges of Causing Financial Loss and Abuse of Office. The Inspectrorate of Government disagreed with the trail court decision and has now appealed against the Acquittal.
