The Accused person who was a Resident Strata Attorney for Ibanda Magistrate Court was charged with the Offence of receiving gratification of 600,000/= contrary to section 2(a) and 26 of the Anti Corruption Act. He was convicted on the said count and sentenced to imprisonment of 4(four) years or pay a fine of four million shillings.
