The accused persons who included Kizza Ruth, Bwahuha Gideon, Ithunga Eresi and Kizza Jackson were all teachers of Nyakiyumba SSS. They were charged with the offence of uttering forged appointment letters and posting instructions. They all pleaded guilty to the charges and were each sentenced to a fine of UGX 500,000/= or imprisonment for 1 year.
