The Accused person who is a supervisor with Allied Health Professionals was charged with the offence of soliciting and receiving gratification c/s 2(a) and 26 of the Anti Corruption Act. He pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to a fine of UGX 2,000,000/= or face imprisonment of 1 year.
