Matter came up for sentencing on 8/04/2014 and the accused person was sentenced to 20 months imprisonment for each count of fraudulent false accounting and 30 months imprisonment for each count of causing financial loss. Court further ordered him to refund shs 41,000,000 which was lost under his management.
