Outcome: The case was concluded through plea bargain. The accused person pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a fine of UGX 1,000,000, he was further ordered to refund the misappropriated funds within 6 months or he would be imprisoned and in the event that he fails to conclude then. He was further ordered not to hold public office for 10 years.
