Muzanisa Kenneth, an Information Technology officer Ntoroko DLG was charged with Uttering a False Document ,to wit Degree Certificate The matter came up for Hearing in a session manner and through plea bargain Muzanisa pleaded guilty and sentenced as follows: 1. A fine of UGX 500,000 payable before 23rd February 2024 or in default imprisonment for 1 year 2. Dismissed as IT officer. Ntoroko District Service Commission was directed to effect the dismissal 3. He was further barred from occupying any public office for a period of 3 years He was further restrained from using the said forged degree certificate
