Causing Financial Loss Through plea bargain both suspects were convicted on charges of Causing Financial Loss of UGX 12,000,000. and sentenced as follows: 1. Pay a fine of UGX 2,000,000 or imprisonment for one Year in lieu. 2. Refund UGX 12,000,000 which was misappropriated. 3. David Wangwe was further, in accordance with section 46 ACA,2009, ordered not to hold a public office for the next 10 years from the date of conviction.
