The Directorate of Legal Affairs is headed by Ms. Hilda Talibba (Ag. Director) who is responsible for litigation and prosecution of cases in courts of law in behalf of the Inspectorate of Government. The Directorate is also responsible for managing and coordinating asset recovery as a result of prosecuted cases.
