A total of 63 legislators risk losing their seats if they fail to declare their wealth to the IGG.

Justice Irene Mulyagonja made the revelation yesterday during a meeting with MPs on the Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee at Parliament.

The team had come to explain details included in the proposed Leadership Code (Amendment) Bill. However by the time of filing this story, a number of MPs had lined up at the IG to beat the deadline. This leaves the compliance rate at 68%.
