The IGG, Ms. Irene Mulyagonja, has appealed against the recent decision of the high court that reinstated the Chief Executive Officer of Uganda Development Bank Ltd (UDBL), Ms. Patricia Ojangole, to her office.

Ms. Ojangole, who had been on suspension from three months, was last week reinstated by Justice Stephen Musota.

In his ruling, Justice Musota observed that in due of the procedural defects, irrationalities and illegalities, the IGG's directive against Ms. Ojangole could not be allowed to stand before he quashed the same.
