In her latest report, the IGG Irene Mulyagonja has exposed rot at Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC), which is a department in Frank Tumwebaze’s Ministry of Presidency.

The IGG commenced her probe after Tumwebaze wrote to her in May 2015 seeking her involvement to stem conflict between UPPC board led by elderly Eddy Ococ and the MD, Irene Wasike Muwanguzi.

In her findings, the IGG indicts Ococ and other BOD members (Jovina Akaki and Gerald Menhya) for a range of transgressions blatantly committed against Wasike.

The IGG exonerates Wasike of any wrongdoing and instead calls for severe punishment on Ococ and his BOD members for criminally mistreating her.
