Exhibits in the Katosi road scam case have disappeared from court, the trial judge has revealed. Without naming the missing documents, Justice Lawrence Gidudu of the Anti-Corruption Court yesterday said the exhibits disappeared during the trial.

He was responding to a request by the state attorney to provide the exhibits with some documents to be identified by the prosecution witness Lisa Mwagale.

Mwagale, an investigator attached to the Inspectorate of Government (IG) was testifying against six suspects charged over the Mukono-Katosi road scam where government lost sh24.7b in a fraud syndicate.
